Noel is the Managing Broker and CEO of McDevitt Sotheby’s International Realty. He also handles recruiting and business development for the company. Noel practiced real estate and corporate law for 15 years in Atlanta, New York and Southern Pines before going into the real estate business full time. Most of Noel’s responsibilities are corporate in nature. However, because of his legal background and experience with land development, Noel works with individuals on the listing and acquisition of large tracts of vacant land, either for use as horse property or as development property. Ellen arrived in Pinehurst from Fairfield County, Connecticut in 1996. She and husband Randy had fallen in love at a local Connecticut golf course. So the thought of living in the Golf Capital of the World was, and still is, very exciting. Today, she lives on the Golf Course in Pinehurst with Randy and her menagerie of mostly rescue pets. Before her career as a Broker, Ellen spent many years in Marketing & Sales for Fortune 100 and 500 Companies. She became very well known in Pinehurst as the Owner of a popular restaurant, in which she and Randy built, ran, operated and entertained patrons for 5 years. J. O. has been a member of our community for three years. She hails from Colombia South Carolina where she had enjoyed a very successful career in banking. After visiting her family in Southern Pines, she fell in love with the area and decided to make it her permanent home. J. O. is active in many social groups and has a passion for gardening and ballroom dancing. She is very active in her church and has contributed positively to our community through her volunteer work including that with the Moore Regional Hospital where she worked with cancer patients. Jean has been in the real estate business for twenty-three years. Prior to joining the firm, Jean owned and operated Webster Associates, a real estate company which she founded, owned and operated for several years in Southern Pines. She was born and raised in Santiago, Chile, and has traveled the world extensively and lived abroad in Peru, Argentina, Uruguay and the UK. Jean has raised four sons and lives with her husband in Southern Pines. She is a member of the Southern Pines Garden Club, a board member of the Weymouth Center for the Arts and attends Emmanuel Episcopal Church. Brandee Bryant
As a native North Carolinian, Brandee enjoys sharing all the wonders that the Sandhills area has to offer to newcomers from around the world. She is a consummate sales and marketing professional, with experience as an executive director for the largest evening festival in the southeast and as sales and marketing manager for Disney on Ice and Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. She has had real estate investment success with properties ranging from live/work lofts in Atlanta to an estate property in Naples, Florida. “It’s critical that we make the process of buying or selling a home an uncomplicated and satisfying experience for the client”. Inge Dahl is a native of Denmark, whose real estate career began in New York 20 years ago. Inge has been a real estate broker in the Pinehurst – Southern Pines area for a number of years. She is a valued member of McDevitt Sotheby’s International Realty. Inge is also well known in the community as the former proprietor of The Southern Pines Tack & Saddler, for years a premiere tack shop and sporting art gallery serving the local horse country. Inge decided to close the shop and re-enter the real estate business full time, to the dismay of her customers but to the great delight of her real estate clients. Melissa Faust moved to Southern Pines from Louisiana in connection with a military relocation. “Mel”, as her friends know her, represents both sellers and buyers and works out of the Southern Pines office. Sandra Martin has lived in the Pinehurst and Southern Pines area for 27 years. While working in the golf shop at the Pinehurst Resort for over five years, she was able to meet many of the locals. She established many wonderful contacts within the area. Sandra and her husband were the owners of a popular fine dining establishment for seven years. Since selling the business, Sandra has taken up her passion for real estate and earned her brokers license. With her knowledge of the area she can continue to assist and serve the public with their real estate needs. Sandra resides in Southern Pines and enjoys spending time with friends and family. Melanie has been with the company for many years and is a valuable member of our team. Melanie has a passion for animals and lives with the loves of her life, her 3 cats Pitch, Puck and Pear. Pitch, Puck and Pear's favorite past time is playing with the prisms on Melanie's Lamp Shades and cuddling with their Mom. Melanie enjoys Shag dancing, cooking and baking, reading a good book and spending time with friends.
An active member of the NC Museum of Art, WCPE, and a subscriber to the North Carolina Ballet, Kelly is always looking for new creative ideas and growth to bring to her job. She is also an avid equestrian with a degree in Livestock Management, Horse Science from NC State and a full hunt seat and dressage teaching program two days a week. Add to that her personal farm of two Angora goats, 5 Shetland sheep, over 20 laying hens, four cats, four rescued Australian Shepherds and Cattle dogs, and her best friend - the 33 year old Appaloosa gelding who has been with her since 1975. Her life is constant delight filled with art, color and texture which brings a richness to her work.
